Provides critical operational support across all aspects of admission’s business process and operations. Support recruitment enrollment and customer service by creating and maintaining data and information
Position Specific Responsibilities:
Manage an alpha section of application documents and credentials.
Participates in execution of systems and technical operations.
Back up for receptionist. Covers phones during lunch hour and when receptionist is out.
All other duties as assigned
Minimum 2 years experience in a complex office environment
Ability to manage time and balance fast multiple and fast changing responsibilities and priorities.
Highly developed organizational skills and leadership skills
Ability to perform complex and concurrent tasks requiring speed and accuracy; diplomacy and customer service; maintain confidence.
Demonstrated computer competency
- Typically a high school diploma or equivalent. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities as needed to keep abreast of current office technologies.
