Position Summary:

Provides critical operational support across all aspects of admission’s business process and operations. Support recruitment enrollment and customer service by creating and maintaining data and information

Position Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage an alpha section of application documents and credentials.

  • Participates in execution of systems and technical operations.

  • Back up for receptionist. Covers phones during lunch hour and when receptionist is out.

  • All other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a complex office environment

  • Ability to manage time and balance fast multiple and fast changing responsibilities and priorities.

  • Highly developed organizational skills and leadership skills

  • Ability to perform complex and concurrent tasks requiring speed and accuracy; diplomacy and customer service; maintain confidence.

  • Demonstrated computer competency

Required Education:

  • Typically a high school diploma or equivalent. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities as needed to keep abreast of current office technologies.
