A small investment management firm in West LA is looking for an Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis with the potential to go full-time for the right candidate. In this position you will organizing files, answering phones, resolve problems on phone, greeting guests, scheduling appointments/meeting, transcribing documents, and managing emails. Someone who is detail oriented, proactive, personable, has worked with confidential information and comfortable working alone, will do well in this position. This position will pay up to $18hr DOE.
