Our Customer Loyalty Agents start at $12.50/hr + uncapped commission, after successful completion of training. Our highest performing agents can progress to a team lead within 6 months, and a supervisor within one year with a $40,000/year salary*.

Job Responsibilities:Use problem solving and communication skills to better understand the customer’s needs to negotiate a resolution.

Answer incoming phone calls to support customers in addressing their product or service concerns.

Update customer information in our software during and after each interaction.

Work with management team to stay updated on product knowledge, and be informed of any changes in company policies.

Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and create a connection with every caller.

Required Experience:

Age: 18+ Education: High School Diploma or GED Ability to get licensed for the Utah Burglar Alarm Systems Ability to successfully pass background check Passion for providing quality customer service Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) Must be able to multi-task while using different internal programs Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Tech-savviness; Prior technical exposure or demonstrated interest
