Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Customer & Marketing, Commercial Excellence & Experience in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Work independently without continuous oversight or direction of a Manager to design, develop, and implement systems and processes to capture, integrate and distribute information in an enterprise. Function as integrator between business needs and technology solutions and help create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Build reports and software development related documentation including technical designs, functional designs, use cases and test cases. Estimate, schedule, and task delegate by adopting component based estimation techniques and project task tracking tools using JIRA, Team Foundation Server, and Version One. Work with Enterprise application teams and propose integration strategies using web services and SOAP/REST based API s. Utilize Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to implement sales and service by leveraging Out of the Box (OOB) features Lightning Process Builder, workflow and approval processes, visual flow, case and knowledge management, assignment and escalation rules. Customize business requirements using technologies Force.com, VisualForce, Force.com Apex Classes, Triggers, Controllers, Salesforce Lightning Component Framework, HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery. Perform code and data migration using Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE), ANT, Change Sets, Apex Data loader, and Data Import Wizard. Develop Validation rules, Picklists, Dependent Picklists, and Record Types to enforce data quality and Tab permissions, Record Type permissions and Field Level Security to implement Component-based security. Deliver projects using agile software development methodology and Scrum process frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Application, Engineering (any), Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or a related field.

  • Two years of experience as a Senior Solution Specialist, a Senior Consultant, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:
