Merck Sr Specialist, Global Learning Consultant, Acute Care in Kenilworth, New Jersey

This is an exciting time for the Global Acute Care team as there are a number of key launches underway with many more potential launches on the horizon. The Global Learning Consultant will serve as a trusted business advisor to the Global Acute Care franchise commercial business stakeholders (Global/Regional/Country Marketing, Regional/Country Learning Leads, and various market points of contact). S/he will work in conjunction with the Global Learning Partner to develop a deep understanding of the franchise business priorities and learning needs in order to design and develop globally relevant and impactful learning solutions for local country implementation that enable business goals and outcomes. S/he will lead and manage the design, development, execution, and measurement of global learning solutions. The Global Learning Consultant will effectively establish, deepen and sustain key stakeholder relationships and work closely within the Global Learning & Development department and with Global Marketing, Global Promotions, Global Promotional Review Team (PRT), Global Market Research, Global Medical Affairs, and additional partners on solution development.
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree preferred
Required Experience and Skills:
Strong business acumen with a minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical business experience
Ability to lead by example and foster collaborative relationships
Ability to partner, collaborate, and impact decisions within and outside the organization
Effective oral and written communication skills
