Article Warehouse Worker in Jersey City, New Jersey

Hey, we're Article. We're a digital-first furniture brand that's re-engineering the furniture experience one sofa at a time. We don't have brick and mortar stores, so we're able to deliver remarkable value on beautiful, modern furniture. Because of this, we're growing like crazy and we need a few more hands on deck. We are looking for Warehouse Staff to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY: The warehouse department stores all the furniture inventory that needs to be shipped out. Warehouse staff are responsible for picking and packing furniture, loading and unloading trucks for deliveries, and moving stock around the warehouse. These positions are physically demanding and you must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. Experience not necessary, but considered an advantage.

PAY: $13.50 starting wage (increase to $14.50 after probationary period)

HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time (40 hours) position Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend required.

Our ideal candidate will be a fast learner, able to follow instructions, and is reliable and accountable.

  • This position involves heavy lifting. You must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.

  • Legally able to work in the United States.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
