Details:

• The Process Analyst in PMO (Project Management) will help drive execution through designing, developing, and improving internal project management processes

• Develop and maintain technology standards and operational procedure documents for the IT Project Management Process

• Collaborate with Project Reporting and Project Quality teams to validate alignment with the project management processes

• Work with technology partners to gather requirements and assist in documenting new processes and procedures to ensure alignment with project management practices such as SDLC

• Provide functional and process expertise to assist training team to develop training materials

• Identify new approaches and solutions to the current project management process and design, develop and implement the changes to the current project management process and design, develop and implement the changes

Job Requirements

Education

• Approx. 2-5 years’ experience in business process analysis in operation/operation planning or project role

• Ability to deliver solutions including both system function and non-system supported manual procedures.

• Strong analytical, facilitation, and process mapping skills

• Proficiency with MS Visio and MS SharePoint

• Ability to see the big picture, understand project objectives and be able to apply understanding of how processes should work
