Chick-fil-A Sr. Lead Advisor, Franchisee Recruitment in irvine, California

Overview

The Franchisee Recruitment Team is a function within the Operator Selection team and is responsible for developing strategy and tactics to attract competitive candidates interested in becoming Chick-fil-A franchisees (Operators). Recruitment consultants build strong relationships with “Centers of Influence” to create referral networks. They will search for and source candidates using a variety of tools and resources. They will organize and execute face-to-face “Operator Brand” events in specific geographic regions. They target organizations and Individuals who have the skillset to become franchisees themselves or provide an opportunity to connect to other individuals who have the necessary skillset.

This position will be based in our Irving, CA regional office.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage technology (LinkedIn, ATS, CRM) to maximize candidate quality and personal productivity

  • Cultivate relationships to build a network of influencers to create a strong referral network

  • Maintain metrics and evaluate outcomes to determine successes and areas of opportunity

  • Generate talent pools using advanced social media and marketing tools

  • Use detailed Boolean searches to identify passive candidates

  • Deliver informative and persuasive presentations to groups of influencers and potential candidates

  • Assess candidates qualification’s for Franchise Opportunities

  • Team Player

  • Attract potential candidates in face-to-face events to inform and influence

  • Aquire market knowledge of future restaurant locations to understand “best fit candidates”

  • Organize brand building events to attract passive and active candidates

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ yrs experience in Recruiting, Public Relations, Sales or Marketing

  • Strategic Planning

  • Project Management

  • Proficient in Boolean Search Techniques

  • Ability to cultivate and build relationships

  • Candidate assessment

  • Experience using technology and Social Media Platforms to source candidates

  • Strong networker with involvement in community and business associations

  • Strong people connector and excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proven track record of being results-oriented, constantly and consistently a top performer and pushes self and others to excel
