Fast-growing, innovative firm in Irvine is looking for a records clerk who can organize legal documents. The records clerk must be experienced in working with attorneys and distinguishing a variety of legal documents from one another (pleadings, discovery, correspondence, etc.). The records clerk may also handle other administrative duties when necessary- i.e. photocopying, faxing, scanning, answering phones. This temporary assignment is with an established litigation firm in Pasadena and has the potential to grow into a permanent position.
