Senior Financial Analyst
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Corporate Finance group for a Senior Financial Analyst . This role will work within the Financial Planning and Analysis team and alongside Corporate Treasury in delivering high impact financial scenarios, analysis, recommendations and presentations that encompass the financial outlook of the enterprise. You must be an experienced analyst with strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to learn new tools that will enhance data analytics and data visualization across the enterprise.
Develop enhanced financial reporting and modeling capabilities that inform strategic decision making
Drive and grow the usage of BI WEBI Reporting, Power BI, Lumira and other data analytic and visualization tools throughout the enterprise
Work closely with Corporate Treasury to develop financial analysis involving equity management, cash flow forecasting, and specific financial transactions
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas of possible risk, savings or opportunity and prepare these for communication to decision makers
Partner with business units and senior leadership to support special projects
Support quarterly forecasting, annual planning and long-range planning analytics and process improvement initiatives
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
Basic Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related business field
4 plus years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, mergers and acquisitions or corporate treasury
Previous experience creating financial models, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel or other analytical tools
Preferred Qualifications (Desired):
Professional certification including CPA, CMA or CIA
Experience working in ERP systems such as SAP and BPC
