Job Purpose:

To assist the Product Manager in managing sustainability and profitability of products with main responsibilities covering day-to-day management of end-to-end product processes, handling customers and partners’ complaints and/or enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support the Product Manager the ongoing business performance

-Own the API platform and coordinate with technology teams to resolve any incidents / enhance the system

-Work closely with the Telesales team to develop in-depth understanding of the channel, needs and obstructions in order to improve conversion rates and turnaround times.

-Ongoing monitoring of competitor and market trends to drive innovation

-Ensure that all programs are worked with external partners and all front-liners so that joint programs are properly implemented, executed and marketed

-Single contact point to handle customer complaints / enquiries from and to partners

-Work with internal stakeholders to launch and manage VNA RCE which is released in Jan 2019.

Incumbent Specification


Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills:

•Bachelor’s Degree

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

•Sales/product expertise in credit cards

•Project management skill is preferable
