Senior Account Executive (Harrisburg, PA)
The Pennsylvania Senior Account Executive is a management level position, responsible to identify and acquire new clients for MCN.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and grow business from new clients.
Serve as a liaison with appropriate sales and operations staff to ensure streamlined service delivery and referral growth.
Identify, gather data on and foster relationships with the decision makers of potential customers.
Negotiate new client contracts with consultation of Executive team.
Provide relevant information on market changes to marketing and operations staff.
Attend appropriate trade shows.
Facilitate and run MCN Service roll-out process with new clients as appropriate.
Assist Regional Operations Managers with difficult client relations as necessary.
Participate in conference calls and strategy meetings as directed.
Complete other duties and responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple high priorities.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to efficiently organize information from multiple sources, with a high attention to detail.
Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client and company needs.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Personal computer literacy and high competency in use of MS Word and ten key
Understanding and knowledge of company's clients, products, departments and work flows, and applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards (or the ability to learn it quickly).
License with a clean driving record (also includes having a clean, reliable vehicle).
