Job Description

Our client, an established and well respected company in the Harriman, NY area is seeking a HRIS Senior Analyst. Our client is seeking someone who will be responsible for overseeing the HRIS systems, including reporting and analysis, performance management, and compensation.

HRIS Senior Analyst Job Functions:

  • Create reports and queries for Human Resources, management, and other departments

  • Analyze compensation and employee retention metrics to identify concerns or trends

  • Recommend solutions to management based on findings

  • Monitor HR system updates, data changes, escalated problem resolution, and end user training

  • Oversee HR processes including performance, merit increases, awards, etc.

  • Assists employees with general human resource questions and requirements

  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and assist with employee relations when required

Job Requirements

HR Analyst Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in an HRIS role or HR role with HRIS responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of UltiPro software preferred

  • BA degree preferably in Business or Human Resources

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Understanding of employment laws such as FLSA, EEO, ADA, AAP & FMLA

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Strong analytical skills
