Role: Technical Team Co-ordinator (Administration Support)

Role Purpose: The Inspection Division currently has a requirement for two Technical Team Coordinator/ Administrator to join the team in Harlow.

Main Duties

Responsible to deliver visits of assignments/projects within managing 2nd party inspections and relationships between clients, inspector Engineers, manufacturers and BV network as per contractual obligations, focussing on both Network Performing Office operations and local external Contracts (Contracting office).

Responsible to follow up any changes or Non-conformities of the assignment, these changes should be informed to site based schedule office as agreed with engineering and project management Coordinator reports with a solid line into the country Operations Manager. He/She will be actively involved in supporting best practice operations to achieve growth in line with plans to achieve BV’s ambitions on a strategic, tactical and operational level.

The Coordinator also performs the job within the framework of the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

In addition the administrator is also responsible for following up any changes or Non-conformities of the assignment, these changes should be informed to the site based scheduling office as agreed with the engineering and project management Coordinator. Provides detailed reports with a solid line into the country Operations Manager. He/She will be actively involved in supporting best practice operations to achieve growth in line with plans to achieve BV’s ambitions at a strategic, tactical and operational level.

YOU SHOULD BE OR HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

Experience of BV Inspection Management Services to global clients

Manage the delivery of Coordinating Office responsibilities to BV global network of Performing Offices

Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills

Computer Literate with good written English and excellent IT skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in coordination of shop inspection service

Understanding of 2nd and 3rd party market and operations

Focus on Operational Optimisation

Financial background

Strong problem solving skills
