  • Willing to support occasional overtime as needed

  • Will assist with general Lab support to include handler and station setups, Wafer pick map generation, assist Test Engineers with product handoff activities, ect.

  • Perform equipment preventive maintenance, unplanned corrective maintenance and product changeovers

  • Responsible for set up, operation, debug, and problem resolution for all lab probing activities on TEL probers

  • Station Setups/Calibrations(Loss Comps) and trouble shoot to determine root cause of failures

  • Create Recipes and Serialize Parts with Laser engraver. Troubleshoot to determine cause of any unsatisfactory markings

  • Hand clamp testing to support customer samples/control unit generation/correlations

  • Document handoffs of control units and production test fixtures to operations

  • Ability to analyze test data to determine root cause of set up/equipment problems

  • Strong Problem solving skills and ownership of assigned tasks is required


  • Associates degree in technical field or equivalent military training

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the electronics filed

  • Adaptability

  • Achievement oriented

  • Eager to learn and grow skill sets

  • Willing to learn new skills, become proficient, and advance to assume greater responsibility

  • Strong Problem solving skillls

  • Must be able to work a 2nd shift position
