Function background/context:

• Provide qualified services related to Accounts management for all customers and Citibank employees.

• Manage account opening, closure and maintenance process and related ASU activities

• Closely cooperate with ASU regional teams and other teams within the branch

Job Purpose:

Professional delivery of ASU services to existing customers as well as to potential new customers based on thorough knowledge of ASU functions and customer focused attitude. Coordination of work within the unit. Covering also TTS CO products consist from accounts opening, maintenance and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management

• Account opening, closure and maintenance in Flexcube and other internal systems

• System setup (base number/acc number creation, Signatories update, Sanction screening),

• Account documentation lodgment and archiving

• Maintenance of interest and charge records

• Update and maintenance of Customer database

• Provide MIS and statistics

• Signature verification

• Scanning of original documentation

• Co-operation with regional teams

• ASU Governance

• Participation on various TTS Ops projects

• Execution handling
