PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Machine Learning Conversational AI team is responsible for fulfilling SAP’s machine learning vision for the portfolio of conversational experience solutions.
As a Senior Solution Specialist / Expert , you will own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and its rollout for the SAP Conversational AI solution. You will build the GTM plan as well as KPI to ensure its successful execution. You will be a facilitator between the customer success team, other SAP units, and customers. You will become a product expert and will share the business value of the solution with customers and internal stakeholders in order to build their success. You will report directly into the head of the ML Customer Success team, with a dotted line into the Managing Director of SAP Conversational AI.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Build the GTM plan and its KPI, the commercialization process and market entry and ensure their successful enrolment to create reference customers
Be a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for SAP sales representatives, account executives and Customer Success team members for GTM and sales support
Own the pricing model
Build and execute the enablement plan for SAP sales representatives and SAP industry experts
Facilitate program management tasks
Transfer requirements from customers and prospects to the product team.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
University degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent practical experience
Experience in building all phases of end-to-end GTM plan
Experience in handling customer expectation
You can balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions
Proven track record in business development, commercialization, and Go-To-Market of new products
You understand agile software engineering practices (SCRUM, Continuous Improvement)
You're a team player and can build bridges not silos between SAP teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German or French strongly preferred
Experience working in the area of machine learning
Prior experience as scrum master / project manager
Experience with Jira and Sirius program management tasks at SAP
5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and/or related areas
