Centene Corporation Implementation Analyst (PBM) in Fresno, California
Provide support to the implementation process from initial benefit setup and/or pharmacy contracting to delivery of services to new and existing clients
Assist with development of new programs and/or change request provide solutions to improve current work processes
Develop an modify project plans, develop process maps, and process flow diagrams implementations
Audit and monitor new network implementations to ensure proper claims adjudication as defined by the benefit enrollment and network change forms
Coordinate communication and integration of implementations with Operations, IT, Clinical Pharmacy and Marketing teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of new client programs
Conduct testing and participate in issue/defect resolution
Work with marketing and communications department to create, and support documentation for clients and networkCoordinate the implementation of new pharmacy benefit management (PBM) products and services for new and existing clients and provider networks.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of client implementation experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry.
