Headquarters Associate Marketing Manager in Fairfield, New Jersey
Under direct supervision of the Associate Director, Integrated Marketing Communications, the Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of specific communications plans and will collaborate with Company departments to execute projects and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, materials and other aspects across the Americas. In addition, this individual will assist with research, development, and implementation of strategic and tactical sell-through/communication programs for all channels including dealer, direct and enterprise and strategic channels. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to corporate, product and channel collateral development, sales promotion materials, print production, email marketing/social media, channel program communications and other related projects, as assigned. In addition, this position is responsible for the overall operations of channel and/or end-user customer events, including exhibit preparation and logistics, graphics, sales collateral development, lead generation and distribution/tracking of leads post-event.
GENERAL MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Assist the Associate Director, Integrated Marketing Communications with strategic planning, creative direction/supervision, and campaign implementation including agency supervision, budget control and media management.
Sales promotion: Manage the strategic planning, agency supervision, budget control and final deliverables of all product launch kits, brochures, multimedia/videos, dealer support, etc, as required.
Manage the related printing and duplication services, including competitive bidding, vendor management, press runs, reprints, etc.
Competitive research/analysis: Monitor and report on competitive activity, such as new creative campaigns (printed/digital), product introductions, etc.
Event support: Assist in the management of multiple aspects of KDA’s Annual Business & Technology Conference coordination, and other channel or end-user events as required
Web Content: Assist in the development and review of all public/dealer web content. Work with Social Media Manager to develop general/channel communications on both dealer extranet and public websites.
Manage dealer sales promotional website, including recommendations for new Kyocera or co-branded merchandise, reviewing run-rates and inventory levels, and work with vendor on promotions and new webpage design for optimum dealer experience
CHANNEL PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS
Work closely with all sales channels and third-party vendors to initiate and manage strategic sell-through programs, including direct response activities, website development, videos, social media, dealer sales rep recruitment, etc.
Cross department collaboration to bring key corporate initiatives to dealer partner community
Develop innovative ways to promote and generate awareness of Kyocera’s sell-through programs
Track ROI and provide on-going analysis to measure and report effectiveness and efficiency of communication programs and make recommendations for future enhancements
Must Possess a bachelor’s degree or 3 years equivalent in experience
Must have Technology/Office Products Industry or B2B marketing experience
Experience in the planning and production of digital advertising
Minimum 3 years (maximum 5 years) experience in a Marcom-related position with similar duties and a degree of responsibility in a creative agency or corporate marketing communications environment.
May require up to 20% travel potential, including overnight.
Working knowledge on all aspects of printing services and print production
Proficient in Microsoft software applications
Works well under time constraints and pressure situations in an organized, efficient and professional manner.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Physical requirements: standing, sitting and working with computer, bending, and light lifting.
Company paid relocation is not provided. Position is based out of Fairfield, NJ headquarters office
Working knowledge of content management systems and social media platforms
Spanish and Portuguese fluency (written)
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
