Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager working within the workflow product of Boomi, known as Boomi Flow, you will be reporting to the Director of Product. Working as Project Manager you will take ownership of our compliance and security documentation, updating, implementing and improving the policies and processes inline with what the standards required.

You will also be Project Manager for a wide variety of internal initiatives including FedRAMP compliance, managing sprints, and managing and tracking customer demand driven projects and communication of it to the stakeholders.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated Compliance / Security background to improve and maintain our current standards (ISO27001, PCI and HIPAA)

  • Project management skills and experience in delivering complex, multi team projects to a demanding and time sensitive organization.

  • Ability to work with engineering, product, vendor and customers to schedule, plan, track and communicate the deliverables

  • Create and organize high-level process artifacts and manage those for retention and compliance

  • Interface with key internal and external stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software driven through agile process

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Strong Analytical and Communication skills


  • 5+ years working within large enterprises

  • Experience in running complex technical projects

  • Security and compliance experience

  • Working in Agile development environment

  • Escalation and stakeholder management
