Bank of America Small Business Performance Manager in Duluth, Georgia
Works with Market Executive (and Regional Sales Performance Executive) to grow revenue and deepen client relationships. Helps evaluate overall effectiveness of sales activities through direct participation in Client Team Meetings, Portfolio Analysis Meetings, Client Planning Sessions and client calling activities. Works with Market Executive to develop ongoing synergies between legacy Strategies and Growth groups. Enables Small Business Consultants to improve revenue growth by providing support and tools to effectively prioritize and organize, thus increasing effectiveness and efficiency. Specific responsibilities include: development of strategic and tactical plans; enhancement of marketing initiatives; growth, execution and inspection of the market playbook; prospect screening; conducting gap analyses. Assesses training needs and delivers relevant training curriculum that will develop associates, with particular emphasis on sales effectiveness and CMP skills. Leads, coaches, and influences Small Business Consultant managers and develops relationships with key partners.
Works with Sales Performance Executive, Small Business and Consumer performance channel leaders and market leadership teams to grow revenue and deepen client relationships. Helps evaluate overall effectiveness of sales activities through data analysis and coordination of client sales processes and activities. Enables Small Business Consultant to improve revenue growth by providing support and tools to effectively prioritize and organize client calling activities, thus increasing effectiveness and efficiency. Reports to the SBC Performance Executive.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Development of strategic and tactical plans.
• Enhancement of marketing initiatives.
• Growth, execution and inspection of the sales playbook.
• Acts as liaison with product partners to develop and measure shared goals and sales plays.
• Conducts performance gap analyses.
• Assesses training needs and works with SBC Readiness partners to deliver relevant training curriculum that develops sales effectiveness skills for Small Business Consultants.
• Lead, coach, and influence Small Business Consultants.
• Champion for financial planning and relationship sales process.
• Support sales management in executing sale force growth plans.
• Administer superior sales supervision/practices in the market.
