Project Manager - Denver

As a Project Manager at Deloitte Digital you will help teams plan and execute the vision for our clients digital and development initiatives. You will lead teams in a collaborative environment, managing the creation of experiences across app and web implementations. You ll manage process and execution of projects with internal creative and development teams. Should be self-driven, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Work you ll do/Responsibilities

Work with resource manager, engagement managers, and competency leaders to identify and schedule project resources as needed.

Work to manage and support the day-to-day tasks of a cross-functional team focused on a single product or workstream while under the purview of an engagement manager.

Create and monitor project plans and schedules, setting-up and facilitating communications and meetings, creating cadence.

Setup and maintenance of team's issue and project management systems, backlog management, burndown and velocity report generation.

Create, schedule, and facilitate all team ceremonies internally; coordinating with client teams to perform the same.

Identify issues and impediments to project success and independently work to resolve any issues blocking team/team member progress.

Responsible for keeping the internal engagement team as well as the client leadership team updated on team and project progress through scheduling of weekly calls or written statuses.

  • Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video

  • Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models

  • Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption

  • DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming


Required Skills:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent years experience required

5 years experience with Project Management

Consulting or industry experience in mobile, digital, or ecommerce

Strong background in SDLC

Must have project management experience working with Agile development teams

Experienced in software development team management including responsibility for all deliverables, ceremonies, project management systems, and client team interactions within a project management framework.

Solid understanding of team organizational processes.

Preferred Skills:

PMP Certification (desired)

Agile Certification

Strong presentation skills

Experience with agency or design group management

Ability to prepare and present senior level internal and external communications

Ability to build strong working relationships to effectively navigate across the organization

Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
