This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


The primary responsibility of this position is the transference of eggs from the first stage of incubation to the second stage. The successful candidate will also need to be able to work flexible hours and occasionally rotate jobs.


This position will require standing 8-10 hours a day on concrete floors. Also must be able to bend and lift a minimum of 30 pounds from six inches high to 5 foot 6 inches high. Additionally, must be able to push and pull buggies of eggs. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs as needed. The temperatures will range from extreme cold to extreme hot. Finally, the successful candidate must be able to tolerate chicken down.
