Job Description

Corporate Sales Manager: We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented individual to personalize service with tailored proposals. Through experience, training and strategic career development, you will be inspired to achieve goals, while creating lasting memories for clients at Westin. The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Listen to customer needs and effectively communicate to all hotel departments the information necessary to execute successfully the clients needs, while maintaining a good client relationship.

A four-year college degree in hospitality management, marketing, business or related degree or equivalent experience preferred. Three or more years of full-service sales experience or equivalent. Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred. Strong background in selling rooms, F&B, catering, meeting rooms, and A/V. Proficient with ISAC (Event Order Program), Meeting Matrix, Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Excel, or equivalent experience with Event Order Programs. Must have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional detail in follow-up. Strong professionalism, diplomacy, selling skills and work habits. Work effectively with clients, Rooms, Sales, Conference/Convention Services, and Banquet Departments
