This position offers an exciting opportunity to proactively manage a wide range of executive and administrative duties and processes required to support the UTAS Aftermarket executive leadership team located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist executive leadership in the management and completion of divisional imperatives such as operational and financial reviews, strategic planning and possible merger and acquisition activities via briefing and spreadsheet development.

  • Coordinate meetings and work on special projects, including traveling to locations as required.

  • Scheduling and time management including prioritization, calendar management.

  • Typing, filing, proof reading, coordination of complex travel arrangements, expense report and other duties as required.

  • Protection of sensitive and confidential information received and generated.

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience including direct support of a senior executive and/or executive team.

  • Must have high degree of proficiency with the most recent versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Live Meeting, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

  • Solid proficiency in the most recent version of Microsoft Excel.

  • Must be detail-oriented; possess executive presence, maturity and judgment.

  • Excellent interpersonal organizational skills required.

  • Skilled at organizing administrative processes and systems.

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously.

  • Self-starter who is resourceful and takes initiative.

  • Capable of working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Successfully interacts with a global Enterprise leadership team and administrative assistants.

  • Good with numbers.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills that allow one to proactively anticipate requirements and potential problems.

  • Knowledge of financial reporting techniques including P&L.

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

  • Must be enthusiastic with a positive outlook and possess a “can-do” work ethic.

Education:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency.

Preferred:

  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
