Position: Project Manager

Reports To: PM and Customer

Clearance Type: Secret, Eligible for Top Secret

Work Location: El Segundo, CA

Start Date: Upon Contract Award

Job Description: Advantage SCI is currently seeking experienced Project Manager to be considered for full-time employment upon contract award. These individuals will support the overall program objectives of the customer by exercise planning and conduct, and supporting projects and initiatives.

Summary of duties includes, but is not limited to:

  • Oversees the execution of single or multiple task orders

  • Responsible for staffing, project planning, production, quality, project financials, and staff direction and oversight, and providing deliverables under the task order

  • Manages the client interface at the COTR level

  • Assists the Program Manager as required in managing contract performance

  • Infrequent travel may be required

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirement:

  • Must be eligible for a Top Secret clearance

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in equivalent field

  • Minimum eight (8) years experience working inProject Management field or equivalent field

  • Experience with Windows, MS Office, MS Excel, and other standard business software and IT tools

  • Must have a valid certification of completion in PII and Cyber Awareness Challenge from Information Assurance Support Environment (Only valid within 30 days of hire). To obtain the certification, visit

  • Infrequent travel may be required

  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

  • Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

  • Noise level: Moderate to High

  • Able to walk long distances
