Dell's world-class customer service doesn’t end when a client purchases our innovative products. Our Client Tech Support team is there for them whenever they need help – by phone or email, online and on social media. We answer questions about the installation, operation, configuration, customization and use of Dell products. For critical matters, we use our systems to provide remote diagnostic technical support. If there’s an issue with a customer’s product, we’ll analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports group of Relationship Sales Representatives, helps and advises on proactively building and developing business relationships mainly with selected Acquisition customers

  • Understand and business teams needs / strategy and metrics

  • Responsible for driving strategic initiatives in acquisition Teams – finds and develops new methods

  • Ensure by coaching that the team achieves targets score on or above the targets

  • Deliver the SMART coaching session to the relevant audience

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent English and German language

  • Cooperates with manager on defining and developing sales strategy

  • Contribute to team’s performance and working environment

  • Use the appropriate tools for the job & Highlights / Escalate issues or new needs when necessary to management and to identify and fix process issues

  • Identify individuals gaps and put in place action planning to cover the gap

  • Coaches and mentors key talents on the sales floor

  • Stays informed of current industry trends and applies them to the customer’s business environment to help solve specific customer challenges in targeted industries.

Salary starting from: 1380 EUR/monthly.

  • Proven track record of high performance in previous roles

  • Proven ability in developing sales presentations and delivering sales training content

  • MS Office and CRM (Salesforece.com) knowledge
