Key Responsibilities:

Be responsible for managing global new product/project/tool implementation as well as managing multiple small projects related to procurement process improvement.

This person will regularly interact with different levels of internal users (including senior management or executive levels) and external vendors on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.

  • Global support and administration for Fieldglass Statement of Work spend management module

  • Lead or participate in global projects to streamline, align, standardize and simplify current Procurement processes, systems and tools

  • Support the analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of Procurement projects

  • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD)/Software Requirement Specification (SRS) for Procurement systems and review BRD/SRS for Procurement dependant systems

  • Collaborate with IT and business through the development and implementation process, work with IT Project team on open issues and resolutions

  • Coordinate business needs with resource availability, manage change request process and determine change requests prioritization

  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities through test script creation, UAT metrics development, UAT progress monitoring and secure and coordinate UAT testers and be involved in Post-Installation testing

  • Support & Development of sustaining team, work closely with business users and sustaining team on system testing in production environment, participate on root cause analysis for feedback to users and future action plan development

  • Establish and execute communication and training plan for users (internal and external)

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in Economy or IT

  • Previous experience in designing and developing web based training is an advantage

  • Minimum 2-3 years´ work experience in project management

  • Strong project management skills to develop, track, and run multiple simultaneous projects

  • Solid understanding of Procurement processes and tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, fluent in English

  • Good problem solving and decision-making skill

  • Result-oriented, analytical and accurate person

Desirable requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of PC software applications - MS Office, MS SharePoint MS Active Directory, HTML,, JavaScript, T-SQL, Workspace/Website Automation (e.g. iMacro), HP Quality Center and MS TFS

  • Knowledge of Oracle and Ariba systems

  • Knowledge of Procurement and Finance processes and tools

Salary starting from 1 300 €/month brutto
