Cuhaci & Peterson PROJECT COORDINATOR II in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania
Cuhaci & Peterson is seeking a Project Coordinator II to join its growing team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate should have 6 years of combined drafting and design experience. Also some experience with commercial, grocery and/or restaurant projects.
Design and produce architectural details, construction documents, and specifications.
Complete designated scope of work within allotted hours and deadline.
Delegate, review, manage and accept responsibility for work of members on team.
Manage, with minimal assistance, the permitting process, including response to comments for architecture and consultants.
Manage, with minimal assistance, the bidding procedures and provide administrative assistance and minor field assistance with Construction Administration.
Research and apply applicable codes, limited interaction w/ code enforcement agencies.
Coordinate with other disciplines, including running a kickoff meeting.
Receive and assimilate project information from the Project Manager and/or the client.
Work with Project/Program Manager to provide appropriate level of customer service.
Proficiency in the production and coordination of construction documents
Basic understanding of building construction methods and techniques
Advanced knowledge of applicable codes
Highly motivated, positive and proactive problem solver
Works efficiently and accurately in time allotted
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Knowledge of primary disciplines involved and proficient in discipline/consultant coordination
Proficiency in Revit is preferred, AutoCAD is mandatory at an intermediate to advanced level
Proficiency in Sketch Up, Photoshop, PowerPoint and/or other graphic programs is favorable
