Robert Half International Accounting Clerk/Admin (Part-Time) in BIRMINGHAM, Alabama
Company in Birmingham is looking for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk/Admin to assist them through busy season. This part-time opportunity is a temporary position that offers a flexible schedule and is expected to last through the end of the year. Accounting Clerk/Admin will be responsible for accounts payable, bank reconciliations, processing travel expenses, and posting payments. Accounting Clerk/Admin will assist with tracking contractor locations and computer device inventory in Excel spreadsheets. Other administrative tasks will be assigned. Experience working in QuickBooks (online) is a plus. Looking for a team player. Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
