Description

Mission: Develop and execute strategies to expand Nike North America’s partner.com business with our key strategic retailers. Focus on activities that both help maintain an overall clean digital marketplace and support the management team/sales force driving their respective businesses.

Core Accountabilities

1) Strategic planning (35%). Development and communication of plans to create, lead, and transform the digital / multichannel market with Nike’s key wholesale partners. Collaborate with the extended North American team and Customers to execute the growth plan. Work cross functionally to ensure that partner.com is represented throughout the product development and sell-in process.

2) Brand PresentationExecution (25%). Collaborate with RBP.com team, sales, digital (DTC and brand), and category teams to ensure the timely creation and distribution of brand-enhancing and sales-driving digital assets. Benchmark Nike’s digital asset capabilities against the competition and report findings and recommendations. Also, work with category and account teams to commercialize account specific events and key sport moments online

3) Policies and Procedures (20%). Partner with wholesale.com Marketplace Management team to ensure account partners are in compliance with Nike’s terms and conditions of sale. This includes monitoring and enforcing Adword purchases, international shipping and reducing the grey market on the digital marketplaces (amazon, ebay, Walmart)

4) Account Management (20%). Intersect with key account and category teams at key strategic checkpoints (QBRs, GTM, etc) to drive ecommerce sales, educate around best practices and raise the level of engagement and expertise among sales teams. Help to create the digital sales organization of the future.
