Diploma/Certificate/GED requiredRequires training in multiple trades programs at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization.

Requires completion of formal training in at least one state-approved Journey program (that leads to licensure/certification) at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization.

Additionally, must demonstrate the accomplishment of trade-specific continuing education at least annually.

Plans, schedules, assigns, directs and supervises the work performed by bargaining unit staff. Responsible for overall supervision of inspection, maintenance and repair work on building systems and components. Assures work quality and progress in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, JHH standards, and local, state and federal codes. This work is performed under limited supervision and using the tools and techniques of various technologies, including electrical, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, refrigeration and grounds technology.
