This position is part-time (20 hours/week)
Reports to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for sourcing, recruitment, interviewing and hiring of JHHCG staff. The qualified candidate will have a demonstrated experience in sourcing qualified candidates using social media recruitment tactics, search engine marketing, resume mining and other internet means of sourcing viable candidates. Additional duties include coordination of job fair and open house events, exit interviews, reporting statistical information, and other related human resources activities.
Education Requirements : Bachelors degree required
Experience Requirements: Minimum of three years' HR experience; 6 months of employee recruitment; prefer experience in a health care setting.
