Functions as system administrator for organization and department databases to include SurePeople, JIRA and Kronos Timekeeping System. Related duties include data entry, designing and running reports, supporting end-users and monitoring cues. Coordinates all aspects of Organization Development projects such as the administration of individual and team assessments and off-site retreats. Provides administrative support to the Sr. Director, Director and members of the OD team. Monitors and reports on department’s budget. Responsible for inventorying and ordering materials and equipment needed for workshops offered by the department.
The position requires a high school diploma and ideally some college or business school experience would be beneficial. Strong verbal and communication skills, analytical skills, time management skills required. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to manage multiple work priorities is a must. Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and word required.
