Our McDonald’s Restaurants management system is made up of several integrated departments. Each department has a significant role to play in the grand mission of our daily operations. The Department Manager is an exceptional leader who's brining harmony between guests and crew. The Department Managers requirements are as follows:

  • Making sure crew and mangers deliver great customer experience
  • Sales promotions are executed with proficiency
  • Overseeing the staff service procedure training
  • Keeping both front counter and drive thru areas running with effectiveness
  • Making sure restaurant delivers great quality food to its guests
  • Keeping food safe for consumption
  • Keeping food cost under control
  • Making sure that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures
  • Making sure menu is up to date
  • Recognizing and motivating individual achievements of crew members
