TurnKey Vacation Rentals Sales Operations Manager in Austin, Texas

TurnKey Vacation Rentals (TurnKeyVR.com) is a leading, technology-enabled vacation rental management company started by former HomeAway/VRBO and Hotwire executives. We are based in Austin and we manage over 2,300 properties in 50+ markets including Austin, Lake Tahoe, Palm Springs, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Park City. We are growing rapidly and our goal is to become the largest firm nationally by offering homeowners advanced vacation rental management services, with higher revenues at lower cost.

As the Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting all stages of the sales cycle as a key member of the TurnKey Homeowner Sales team. This position will be essential for sales acceleration and sustained revenue growth for the company. You will execute sales operations activities: reporting/analytics, quality assurance, review contracts and drive process improvements in our sales tech stack. You will also be responsible for basic maintenance of all areas of the Salesforce.com instance that touch the Homeowner Sales team, and the administration of other software applications. You will maintain effective communication with the VP of Sales and other managers to ensure that goals with material business impact are created and achieved.

This position reports to the VP of Sales and is based in Austin.

What you’ll do:

• Support sales team with the execution of the sales process • Help sales team with getting assistance from other functions like Engineering, Finance and Analytics • Initiate and work on process improvement ideas and projects • Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures • Measure quality on the data and execution with the Salesforce.com instance • Work closely with others to implement applications that accelerate sales • Serve as “Deal Desk” for all signed Agreements, which will include review • Understand and adapt to effective sales models and programs • Support other sales efforts as assigned • Other core expectations as defined and requested by your sales leadership

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of business experience • Salesforce.com Admin certification or deep understanding of CRM • Preferred experience supporting sales teams or sales partners • Ability to focus on a computer for long periods of time • Intellectual curiosity and a knack for solving problems • An entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to get your hands dirty • Bachelor’s degree
