The Logistics Spending Analyst will be responsible forecasting and reporting of Logistics related spend for both Worldwide Operations and AGS. The analyst will provide support for quarterly financial cycles. T he analyst will be responsible for both cost center spending and capital spend within their respective groups. The analyst will also be a key partner to operational counterparts and internal financial business managers to enable better decision making through ad hoc analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contributor/consolidator to key financial forecast/close cycles, including ownership of task accuracy and data integrity

  • Lead process changes and follow thru with implementation/ Work stream owner to support local/regional finance initiatives

  • Provide Logistics spend trend analysis

  • Responsible for Logistics forecast and actual reporting during key financial cycles

  • Fixed asset review and analysis

  • Capital budgeting and CIP management

  • Balance Sheet reconciliation and consolidations

  • Partner with business management and operational team to align analysis and forecasts and influence outcomes

  • Ad Hoc projects as needed

Qualifications & Preferences

  • Ability to multi-task in a complex and demanding environment. Must be able to handle day to day activities as well as work on multiple projects

  • Proven competencies in financial analysis, communication and working cross-functionally with various levels of management to drive results.

  • Self-starter: able to maintain financial cycle deliverables identify change and drive items to closure with minimal management oversight.

  • Experience with financial modeling, with proficiency in using Excel or other financial tools such as SAP and Hyperion

  • Previous Logistics Spending experience a plus

  • Experience with Semiconductor Equipment or Components Manufacturing is desired but not required

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 4 - 7 Years of Experience
