This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Position Description Primary Purpose: Perform administrative duties including but not limited to inventory program with accuracy and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:

+ Complete data entry as required; prepare shipping and receiving documents and conduct inventories.

+ Maintain accurate records.

+ Commuinicate effectively by email and phone.

+ Resolve/address customer service issues.

+ Must interact professionally with all levels of internal and external personnel as well as customers.

+ Dependability and the ability to work under pressure are required.

+ Attention to detail is critical.

+ Kinder Morgan procedures, policies and safety rules must be followed.

+ Have the ability to work from written and verbal instructions.

+ Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment and be flexible with changing priorities.

+ Understands steel commodities, measurements and equipment operations.

+ Provides guidance to others performing duties within the warehouse.

+ Assist operations as required in activities such as: paperwork on vessels(ships/barges/trucks/trains), housekeeping activities.

+ Assures that workers are preforming their jobs properly and safety;

+ Must be willing to work shift and/or overtime hours during the week, weekends and holidays as dictated by operations.

Position Requirements Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required Experience, Specific Knowledge, Certification, Licenses:

+ To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of; Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word.

+ Must have knowledge in an inventory program/data entry.

+ Mathematical Skills- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to convert measurement units. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
