Financial Systems Analyst

Key Role:

Conduct planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) analysis for an Air Force readiness division. Provide detailed guidance and analysis of budgetary and programmatic functions, and apply probability and statistical techniques to analyze large and complex data sets for the development and assessment of independent studies, including analyses, reports, and cost estimates supporting Air Force leadership. Conduct PPBE-related analysis linked to operational readiness and monitor 100+ operational program elements to ensure relevant combat capabilities. Conduct analysis of financial functions, including operational, technical, and acquisition analysis. Use and modify tools and methodologies in support of AF corporate structure processes and integrate with predictive readiness models, tools, analysis, and methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with information system schemes and operational readiness reporting related to the performance of business process definition and business process modeling

-3 years of experience in the DoD within the last 5 years

-Experience with USAF strategic planning and programming processes

-Secret clearance required

-MA or MS degree in Management, Business Administration, Strategic Planning, Programming, Financial Management, Accounting, or Statistics or 12 years of experience with high-level technical and organizational support services in lieu of a degree
