Cyber Workforce Analytics Specialist

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for historical trend and predictive analysis to aid decision evaluation. Build analysis to demonstrate and visualize the interconnectedness of DoD Cyber workforce programs. Identify the appropriate data to be analyzed to support client objectives. Lead or support the design and implementation of DoD enterprise Cyber workforce data analytics and program evaluation. Develop reporting frameworks and ensure information collection compliance for DoD and component-level reporting to congress, Office of Personnel Management (OPM), DoD, and DoD CIO. Develop and define the appropriate human capital tools, metrics, and indictors for assessing the implications of Cyber workforce initiatives across DoD.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

-2+ years of experience in human capital program analytics or evaluation

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to work independently and in a group or team setting

-Ability to collaborate across organization boundaries

-Ability to lead tasks in formal and informal group settings

-Secret clearance

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with authoring and coordinating Cybersecurity or workforce-related policy in a government organization

-Knowledge of federal civilian and military human capital management processes and structures

-Knowledge of the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Cybersecurity Workforce Framework or the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF)

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-TS/SCI clearance preferred

-BA or BS degree in Human Capital or Analytics fields of study
