UniRac Inside Sales Representative in Albuquerque, New Mexico

We are seeking an enthusiastic, bright, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative. This role will work closely with Unirac Strategic Account Managers and Business Development Managers to build a funnel of qualified opportunities. The primary responsibility is to qualify leads to be handed off to the appropriate Territory Manager; this will be done remotely, therefore the Inside Sales Representative must have effective telephone and virtual presentation skills, must be persuasive, must be persistent and resilient, and must be comfortable working on a unified sales team. Additionally, an Inside Sales Representative will follow up on all leads generated by marketing activities and will respond to all inbound sales inquiries. This position is in downtown Albuquerque. This position is not eligible for relocation so local candidates are preferred.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Cover letter

  • 3 to 5 years of strong inside sales experience

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience

  • Ability to network and collaborate with others

  • Highly motivated

  • Desire to learn and grow and is a self-starter

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work

  • Speaks well and communicates clearly

  • Technologically adept

  • Results driven

Preferred:

  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

  • CRM or Salesforce experience

  • B2B and/or distributor sales experience

  • Experience with a CRM (customer relationship management system)

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will meet the minimum requirements and have some of the preferred requirements. Candidates will be highly self-motivated, growth oriented and have a desire to learn and grow in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will be technically oriented and be comfortable learning technical concepts. The candidate will be good at networking and collaboration and working with all different levels of people. Ideally, they will have some experience with either Salesforce or other types of customer relationship management systems. The candidate will also a proven track record in working in inside sales.
