Job Description

• Responds to support calls and provides end-user application support including: Answering questions, researches, resolves and responds to complex questions via callbacks or escalations.

• Develops solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, analyses, troubleshoots and resolves miscellaneous applications issues.

• Logs calls and resolution into tracking system

• May provide general application installations support

• Responsible for applications issues monitoring and responding to client specific feedback

• May generate ad hoc or production reports from application supported

• May coordinate internal facilities or other IT resources to resolve specific service requests

• May provide limited PC applications support

• Maintains customer focus and positive client relationships

• Tracks reported issues to HR Helpdesk regarding system navigation and application problems

• Identifies recurring problems and informs appropriate partners on ongoing problems.

• Works with other partners on developing solutions and/or monitor for resolution within Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• 5+ years of experience with progressively complex information technology in a Call Center and/or Human Resources environment. Customer focused preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in IT related field of study
