BNY Mellon Manager - Operational Readiness -Eagle Ops in Wilmington, Delaware

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred. S/He will have 7+ years experience with securities and trust accounting. S/He will have a general knowledge of securitie and trust accounting theories and practices. S/He must be familiar with spreadsheets, on-line systems, should possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently. S/He must also be able to work under pressure while adhering to strict guidelines/deadlines.The incumbent should possess hands on experience and business knowledge of Mutual Fund Accounting.

The incumbent will work within the Eagle Operational Readiness team to ensure Utility Teams are prepared for the upcoming Eagle conversions.

S/he will facilitate working sessions with appropriate stakeholders and subject matter experts on a regular basis to ensure operational readiness.

S/He will be responsible for identifying gaps, implementing UDTs, and escalating items impacting conversions to Project Management Team or Eagle as applicable.

S/He will be responsible for ownership of issues within the Eagle Operational Readiness team and will give weekly updates on escalated issues.
