- Tele Marketing: VOC + All jobs related to surveys. - Monitor KPI of each caller: productivity, quality & behavior - Work with admin jobs related to contractors, Talent Net & Samsung. - SMS/ Coop/ Survey report. - Make plans and have training for new callers: communication skills via phone. - Make plans for team’s activities in accordance with GWP spirits of the company. Channel Strategy: Strategic Direction + Strategy Formulation & Execution: Support Channel Manager to create Winning Strategy & Effective Execution in Key Regions (HCM, HN,); Key Channels (Dienmayxanh, Dienmaycholon, Nguyenkim, etc.); Low-performing stores nationwide. + Strategy Review: Conduct monthly/ quarterly review session to continuously check progress & act accordingly Dealer Drive: Winning in Key Channels + Dealer Events Organizer: Hold regional roadshows; FSM Events + Sell-out/Sell-thru Incentive: proactively initiate effective SO Incentive programs to drive market share + Key Accounts: close coordination with KA Managers for In-store Activities (Promo/Activation/Branding etc.) + Sub & FSM: support key sub-dealers (Branding, Sell-thru, etc.) to protect Samsung market position + Target setting: conduct SO/ST target setting to Field Force (PS; Sales Rep) Regional Projects: Winning in Key Regions + Key Cities Projects: HCM Blue City; HN #1 + Provinces: MRD #1; RRD #1 Display Management: Prime Location & Dominating D/S + Shop display: Plan & Execute with speed & logics at nationwide level. Coordinate with sales team securing Prime locations, maintaining Samsung Display share; and achieving other KPIs (D/S; RIS). + Outstation: propose & improve store display & branding in key outstation regions (MRD; RRD) In-store Communication: #1 Store Experience + In-store POSM: effectively Plan & Execute different aspects of POSM Mgmt: Ideas ->Execution, Speed & Quality of deployment (Welcome Gates; In-store Materials; etc.) + In-store Activation: contribute new ideas & kick off in-store branding activities such as: Smart TV Experience; Games Promotion; etc.
Necessary Skills / Attributes
- Possess a degree, preferably MBA in Marketing/ Business Management from a reputed institute. At least 5 years working experience in Channel Marketing/ Retails Marketing Very Good English in both writing and communication Strong Leadership and Teamwork capability Follow through and work well with discipline to execute a mission on time with accuracy Strong Leadership skills - Creative, Resourceful & Strategic minded.
