Responsible for a variety of duties associated with City Ticket Office functions including, but not limited to:

  • Assisting customers with DL/AF/KL: international reservations, ticketing needs, irregular operations, refunds & lost ticket claims

  • Assisting JV Sales: SkyMiles and other Delta programs

  • Follow up with DL and AFKL finance for pending invoices, Load Invoices to InvoiceWorks system and follow up with finance (i.e. Backend, events among others),debit memos review, follow-up AF Wembley refunds and DL refunds, Support Upfront claims pulling from BSP Link the details of the tickets,

  • Support on loading AF GoodWill fares on AFKL system, Issuance of e-NCI certificates, List of the Corporate Events - Review to identify new SkyBonus opportunity, FAM Trip support to follow Playbook with Delta Sales Support, Review details of Corporate Target PNRs - excel file, Support to reconfirm invitees for Sales events,

  • Support Sales Events - attend to events as support / enroll costumers to SkyMiles or FlyingBlue

  • Maintains a self sufficient and self-managed office.

  • Ensures maximum security procedures for all Delta property, including accountable items and working funds.

  • Responsible for maintaining and ordering supplies.

  • Responsible for complying with a safety-conscious environment.


  • Two years of college and/or previous public contact work experience preferred, high school diploma.

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years airline experience.

  • Training in International Reservations is preferred but not required.

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.

  • Should demonstrate initiative in problem solving skills and exercise good judgment.

  • Should possess strong verbal communication skills.

  • Flexibility required in shift and location of offices.

  • Should be able to identify and respond to the needs of the customer.

  • Must support company policy and corporate initiative.

  • Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
