Position Summary:Assist and support Account Executive with all aspects of department store and specialty account management, including: gathering and organizing selling and financial information, preparing orders, and ensuring accuracy of product and sales information.
Understand how the wholesale division runs from the beginning (market), to when it moves to stores and online.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and assist during Market appointments, primarily with Specialty Stores. Prep final selling, review classification selling, maintain rolling racks and showroom space, ensure market flow during appointments
Partner with Account Executive on samples for ad shoots and ecommerce. This includes ordering, logging them when they come in, tracking and helping to send them out.
Maintain sample inventory for the showroom and support sample sale preparation
Coordinate packing and shipping of customer materials and samples
Assist on selling recaps, updating weekly and monthly number recaps, local store visits & after-market order recaps, rotating with the wholesale major accounts.
Assist in pulling “Line of Show” for Store Rally’s, Events, and Trainings.
Facilitate samples to and from the buying office for .com/ marketing/strategy meetings.
Facilitate customer reorders, revisions and return requests
Document market orders on line sheets and enter customer orders during market
Visit local stores to work with the Merchandising Team and bring direct feedback to sales.
Assist with visual set-up and take-down of showroom
Own preparation of Product Knowledge Books for department store accounts
PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.
Required Experience:Prior internship experience in wholesale sales. Attention to detail with solid analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication skills essential. Must possess a keen sense of urgency and be able to prioritize. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) required. Must enjoy working in a cohesive team environment and be able to collaborate with other departments/individuals efficiently.
