Evoqua Water Technologies LLC is searching for a Field Service Technician to service our High Purity Water customers in the Vancouver, WA area. This position will be responsible for servicing, installing, and maintaining commercial and industrial water purification equipment, including pumps, motors, piping, and electrical circuits. Specific equipment includes Multi-media filters, Softeners, Chemical injection systems, De-ionization resin and Reverse Osmosis equipment, small box lab systems. Our Field Service Technicians interface with customers to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution, which also includes complex product and service training to customers. This position may also be an integral part of our team in negotiating and administering service and/or systems contracts.
This position will have a typical work schedule of Monday-Friday, with some occasional overtime and after-hours on-call rotation responsibilities once every 3 weeks, which could include weekends and holidays.
Qualifications for this position include:
•High School Diploma or equivalent, although an Associate's Degree or Vocational/technical training is strongly desired
*Valid Driver license with clean driving record
*2-5 years maintenance experience, directly related to installations, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment
*Ability to maintain DOT certifications
*Ability to participate in TSA screening
*Must be able to lift 50-75lbs on daily basis
*Experience with Powered Industrial Trucks
*Water treatment experience- desired but not necessary
*Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
*Experience working in team environment
*Must be willing and able to work overtime on as needed basis
*On-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule
