Job Summary

Supportsoperating units by implementing human resources programs and solvingperformance problems.Performsduties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management insupporting designated geographic regions.

Recommends newapproaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency ofthe department andservices performed.

Other Related Duties

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Maintainshuman resource information system records and compiles reports from thedatabase.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Maintainscompliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws andregulations.

  • Other duties as assigned.


MinimumEducation and Experience:

BachelorDegree from an accredited college or university with major course work inpsychology,sociology,business administration, or a related field.

Eightto 10 years of human resources experience.

Significant(5 years) experience in a service industry with an emphasis in employeerelationspreferred.-[if !supportLists]->Licensesand/or Certifications:

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->PHRand/or SPHR or must be willing and able to become certified within one (1)year.

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities:

Comprehensiveexperience (6 years) in all areas of Human Resources Management (as an HRGeneralist or higher)

  • Thorough understanding of labor and benefit law andadministration.

  • Trainingcompetencies in areas of HR administration, legal/regulatory compliance relatedto

  • labor/employmentmatters, supervisory development, diversity and management training.

  • ExtensiveHR knowledge, skills and applicable experience.

  • Someknowledge of a call center environment

  • Abilityto motivate and supervise staff members

  • Abilityto exercise independent judgment

  • Ability to handle a varietyof assignments simultaneously and to cultivate capabilities beyondthose required for thecurrent job and needs of the business.


  • Workis performed in a climate-controlled office environment

  • Constantuse of a computer and other office related equipment

  • Occasional work in call-centerconditions

  • Occasionalevening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand

  • Occasional Domestic travel Physical Demands
