Client Account Manager - Tampa, FL The Client Account Manager builds strong consultative client relationships that result in long term client satisfaction and high retention rates. The Client Account Manager is the face of Manpower's service team to the client, and is the ultimate owner of service delivery for assigned accounts. Ensures service delivery is aligned with client guidelines. Responsible for issue resolution, escalating when appropriate. The Client Account Manager is responsible for regularly working with the Sales Executives, Talent Acquisition Specialists and the Talent Placement Specialists to ensure alignment between client demands, available candidate inventory and service delivery execution. Actively solicits and receives orders from the client on existing contracts. Responsible for generating sales leads from existing clients through an established cadence of client contact, and works with the Sales Executive to transition the sales lead to them for further pursuit. Responsible for executing client retention and satisfaction programs to ensure visibility into net promoter score and overall health of the relationship.

Requirements: *Prefer BS and will consider relevant experience *Advanced professional level business wiring, grammar and oral communications skills.
