POSITION SUMMARY: The Product Management Intern will work to support the Product Manager functions in our Stow, OH location. As part of this internship, you’ll learn how to collaborate with suppliers to drive sales while balancing P&L goals. With our atypical sales platform as compared to classic retail, you will have the opportunity to learn not only marketing techniques to end users but also to our independent distributor base who are our direct customers. This person will report to a Product Manager but may also support the Marketing Communications team.
• Work with suppliers on business analysis and product information
• Promotional assortment planning to meet sales and margin goals
• Present to executive and key managers a market analysis including segmentation and estimated growth platforms over the next 5-10 years
• Additional marketing projects as assigned
Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising/Retail Management, or related
Prior work experience preferred
3.0 Minimum GPA preferred
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Effective team and personal organization
Ability to adapt and learn quickly, including to new IT systems
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work cross functionally and in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
